Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and trenching duties.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods (standing, lifting, bending).
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
