Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations using heavy machinery
- Install concrete forms, rebar, and scaffolding structures to engineering specifications
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Manage material inventory, transport, and waste disposal across job sites
- Perform quality assurance checks on structural installations and finishing work
- Collaborate with supervisors to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Document daily progress and safety compliance in digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic power equipment operation
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Strong work ethic with zero tolerance for safety violations
