Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, loading/unloading materials, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, and light machinery
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required for equipment operation)
- Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided if not held)
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to follow instructions
