Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks and organize the job site efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under direct supervision.
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Mix concrete, mortar, or other materials as required for specific tasks.
- Help with basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and hauling debris.
Qualifications
- No experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
