Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Prepare surfaces and mix concrete or other materials as directed.
- Perform general cleanup duties to ensure project standards.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license (preferred, not required).
- Experience in construction or labor is a plus but not mandatory.
