Responsibilities
- Excavate and prepare construction sites using hand/power tools
- Load/unload materials and operate heavy machinery safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with project tasks
- Maintain site cleanliness and safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Perform concrete pouring and finishing tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timelines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong stamina and work ethic
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, levels)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
