Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at the job site.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, sweeping, and clearing debris.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and correctly.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety.
