Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties on-site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure safety compliance.
- Unload materials from trucks and organize them for use throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Ability to stand, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Reliable transportation to the job site in Tampa, PA.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
