Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, moving materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, site preparation, and demolition
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Load/unift construction materials and equipment safely
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Operate light machinery like forklifts and earth-moving equipment (training provided)
- Assist in setting up/breaking down job sites daily
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
