Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring under supervisor guidance
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision and safety
- Load/unload materials, operate forklifts, and maintain organized job sites
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure structural accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free environments
- Assist skilled trades with installation tasks (framing, plumbing, electrical)
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or related experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation experience
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
