Responsibilities
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) for excavation and material handling
- Load/un construction materials safely using forklifts and cranes
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Perform site preparation and demolition tasks
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends on rotating schedules
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
