Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and trenching.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations strictly.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure work areas remain organized and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Experience in general construction or landscaping is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations.
- Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and teamwork.
