Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain construction tools and heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers).
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
