Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision to complete basic construction tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and preparation for work.
- Assist in digging, tamping, and leveling soil as required for foundations.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Site Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
