Responsibilities
- Assist with various on-site construction tasks, including loading, unloading, and preparing materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the job site efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen and project managers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Valid government-issued ID or driver's license.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
