Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and job sites.
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and daily cleanup of construction sites to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and prepare building materials according to blueprints and project specifications.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Transport materials and tools between different job locations using company vehicles.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods outdoors.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required.
