Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read basic blueprints and project specifications
- Load/unload materials and transport supplies to designated areas
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Must be available for flexible shifts (5am-5pm)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Physical stamina to work in extreme weather conditions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
