Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Site Preparation: Clear debris, dig trenches, and prepare surfaces for construction work.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assistance: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience: Prior construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
