Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, masonry, and concrete pouring.
- Operate power tools and equipment such as saws, drills, and compressors safely.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, grading, and cleanup.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams when necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow direct instructions.
