What You'll Do
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life. You will work alongside experienced professionals to ensure that every job site is safe, efficient, and ready for the next phase of construction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including framing, drywall, and concrete work.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Unload and organize construction materials at job sites.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform basic site preparation and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and methods is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team setting.
