Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction projects, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools safely under the supervision of skilled operators.
- Load and unload construction materials, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as required by the project.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and ordering materials.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
