Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Materials: Safely handle and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Dig, level, and prepare areas for foundations, walls, and other structures.
- Assist Skilled Trades: Support carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with various tasks as directed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) under supervision.
- Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Demolition: Assist in the safe demolition of structures and removal of debris.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs frequently and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Work History: Prior experience in construction or labor is a plus but not required; we value a strong work ethic.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and able to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
