Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and framing.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris and trash.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Measure and cut materials as directed by project supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic measurements.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
