Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools including saws, drills, and compactors under supervision
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions for accurate task execution
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA standards
- Complete daily progress reports and inventory checks for materials/equipment
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or vocational training
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
