Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and water systems
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed repair documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Plumber's License required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs daily
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Experience with tankless water heaters and sewer cameras
