Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal to maintain site safety
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Report hazards and equipment malfunctions to site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâcomprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driverâs license preferred (not mandatory)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
