Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, etc.)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and physical tasks as needed
- Support concrete work, demolition, and site cleanup operations
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Punctuality and reliable transportation to job sites
