Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Perform basic excavation, demolition, and earthmoving tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and tools safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete basic carpentry and masonry tasks under supervision
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
