Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks and project requirements
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions

Qualifications
