Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily tasks and projects.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under strict supervision.
- Clean and prepare job sites to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform site inspections and report any hazards or maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Physically capable of performing manual labor for extended periods, including lifting 50+ lbs.
- Basic math skills for measurements, material ordering, and quantity tracking.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in various weather conditions.
