Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, trenching, and material handling
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout, measurement, and tool management
- Operate hand/power tools safely (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with OSHA-compliant safety practices
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
