Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site prep, and cleanup operations
- Operate basic equipment like jackhammers, saws, and power tools under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints/safety protocols to ensure compliance
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Maintain organized workspaces and report equipment issues promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic hand/power tool experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Previous construction or landscaping experience a plus
