Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, loading/unloading materials, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Transport materials using wheelbarrows, carts, or equipment
- Complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Pass background/drug screening
