Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shift
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project guidelines
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking accurately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Milwaukee
