Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with daily project tasks
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Mix concrete, unload deliveries, and transport materials via wheelbarrow/forklift
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read blueprints and verbal instructions to execute tasks accurately
- Collaborate with crew members to meet daily project milestones
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Drug-free and able to pass pre-employment background check
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Flexible availability (including weekends and overtime)
