Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues in commercial and residential properties.
- Lead and mentor apprentice and journeyman plumbers on-site.
- Ensure all work complies with local New York building codes and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues in plain English.
- Order and manage inventory for job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License in New York State.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Proven experience in reading blueprints and technical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Current Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
