Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, demolition, and earthmoving operations
- Install and remove scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete with expert craftsmanship
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and bulldozers
- Read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with electricians and other trade professionals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Valid NYC Construction Worker Certification
- Expertise in concrete finishing and masonry
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
