Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and demolition tasks
- Safely operate hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.)
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
