Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians) with project tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely (shovels, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites by clearing debris and waste
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup activities
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
