Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup operations
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervisor guidance
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Adapt to changing project schedules and weather conditions
- Complete daily safety checklists and report hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Orlando
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided free)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts
