Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare job sites (clearing debris, setting up barriers)
- Assist skilled trades with layout and installation tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Assist in emergency site response as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (Class D minimum)
- Must pass background/driving record check
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Basic math/measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Construction experience preferred but not required
