Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finish work
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise project execution
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged standing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible hours
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
