Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with daily site tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Team player with excellent communication skills
