Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Assist with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and general site cleanup.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Remove debris, trash, and waste materials from the construction site daily.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and project specifications.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions for extended shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as project demands require.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and PPE usage.
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
