Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Assist in setting up temporary structures and scaffolding
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety drills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- Must be physically capable of manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential
- Basic math skills for measuring and material counting
- Willingness to follow safety instructions and wear required PPE
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
