- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean, safe job sites by clearing debris and organizing materials
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Load/unload equipment and materials efficiently
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
