Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials on construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various job duties as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all site safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools (power drills, saws, etc.) under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, sketches, or work orders to understand project requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members regarding project needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods outdoors.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
