Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites efficiently.
- Skill Support: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades with daily tasks and measurements.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Equipment Prep: Set up job sites, including operating basic power tools and hand tools.
- Demolition & Cleanup: Perform light demolition, debris removal, and general cleanup duties.
- Heavy Lifting: Move heavy materials and equipment safely throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of consistent attendance.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Experience: Previous construction labor or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Tools: Familiarity with basic hand tools is a plus.
- Safety Mindset: Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
