Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including carpentry, drywalling, and masonry.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and concrete mixers safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Perform general site cleanup including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus, but we train the right candidates.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
