Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and debris removal.
- Load and unload building materials, lumber, and tools from delivery trucks.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Work collaboratively with carpenters, electricians, and other trades to support project goals.
- Perform general cleanup duties to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
